Atmospheric scientists are “looking” for ways to lessen the effects of global warming.
Carnegie govt funded (debt to China) CON men:
“Determine how many particles would have to be pumped in the stratosphere to decrease the direct sunlight and to increased diffused sunlight.
Reduce solar radiation by 2%, you can actually reduce direct radiation by 20% .”
