The following post by Dutch Since provides an excellent review of most weather manipulation and scalar technologies where man-made earthquakes and even weather disasters – including enhanced conditions for tornados – can be manufactured by technical manipulation.
The covert operation to accomplish much of this weather dominance involves the spraying and dumping of aluminum oxide, barium and other compounds into the atmosphere by jet aircraft. These compounds cause the atmosphere to increase in electrical conductivity to form a virtual semi-conductor plasma that responds to various applications of powerful electromagnetic Radio Frequencies (ERF) applied to the atmosphere from various sources depending on the desired outcome.
Observatrions by satellite reveals that Persistent Jet Aerosols (PJA) are most frequently released high in the troposphere (45,000 Ft.) in advance of, and over the top of normal weather fronts and even hurricanes with the objective of manipulating the atmospheric energy associated with the unstable weather.
The desired outcome of weather mainipulation can range from dramatic to subtle.
Ultra Low Freqencies (ULF) are demontrated to trigger earthquakes with no more than 25 watts of power applied to ultrasound equipment by geologists exploring for oil and gas reserves deep underground.
Nano-particles of aluminum and Barium are shown to act as a desiccant to force drought conditions. For example, an area that normally receives 50 inches of annual rainfall per year can be manipulated to receive only 30 to 40 inches. Over time this manipulation can cause reservoirs and aquifers to shrink in water quantity and quality where farmers and utility companies suffer increase costs to provide sustainable quantities of water to customers, farmers. ranchers and food suppliers.
Ground based radar systems can be synchronized to enhance conditions for violent weather and even tornados in adjacent and overlapping range installations that use interferometry (quantuum, space-time shift). These systems use sychronized radar pulses that intersect in atmospheric space with the effect of altering temperatures within weather systems. The intent is to enhance conditions for dangerous tornados and down-sheers. The phyics of “weaponized” weather was described by Prof. Tom Bearden in the Star War years of the 80′s.
Dutch reporrts the intellicast map images of these installations ambiguously as “HAARP Rings”, however he is correct to point out that these radar installations are sources of applied scalar weapon technology. The term “Scalar Rings” is more descriptive and preferred. Dutch’s use of “HAARP” alludes to the experimental installation located in Gakona Alaska (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), rather than “scalar”, a term that more appropriately describes the relative magnitude of the event.
It’s not clear to what degree an aerosol plasma is required for the successful deployment of a tornado weapon since atmospheric manipulations using radar take place at altitudes well below 35 to 45 thousand feet where chemtrails and aerosol dumps are usually deployed.
In the overall context of atmospheric manipulation, however it’s reasonable to expect that plasma aerosols are required to engineer weather systems so that they are in place at optimal times in order to maximize the outcome of EMR radar or other ground-based or maritime-based scalar manipulations.

So all these covert weapons are being used to kill US Citizens. We should absolutely know that this is true. A tornado normally does little economic damage because a NATURAL tornado runs in a random fashion and almost always misses cities. Last year for the first time ever tornadoes did the most damage of any weather event. They did not run in a random fashion but were STEERED directly through the centers of MANY cities. The mathematics of probability makes plain this is a VERY unlikely event.
Where is our vaunted CIA and FBI to inform us as to who is killing us? Why they are in bed with the murderers and profiting as much as payoffs and illegal drug running will allow.
Where is our mighty US Military? Why they are off fighting women and children for oil, gold and heroin. The US Military is also operating HAARP to help bring us earthquakes and weather weapons.
Where is our Congress? Why they are off passing secret unConstitutional “laws” to allow all this murder of US Citizens to be “lawful”.

It is happening everywhere – they are manipulating the weather here in NZ too – we RARELY see a blue sky or sunshine anymore, and you wonder why NZ has the highest suicide rate in the WORLD? They spray us almost every day of the week, and when you see a patch of blue coming through – suddenly here comes a plane to spray it, as the PROLES are not allowed to see sunshine anymore. It is the easiest way to lower earths population in what “appears” to most as natural disasters. The less people, the easier to control when implementing a New World Order or One World Order as it is called as well. That being said, all this is very true and accurate and too big on a scale of normal thinking for the average person to even fathom. It is looked at as another conspiracy theory and those with eyes closed to the possibilties won’t be able to help with a change. It is not just the US it involves the UN so it will always be a training exercise for War to our Military, who are also in the dark about it.
FBI and CIA are in no way involved in the big picture. If they were, you had better believe it would not be happening. That is what I mean, it is being done in a way that looks natural – so the less questions asked, the less need to be answered. It is the sarcasm that comes from people that is not worth the time of anyone. Because the sarcastic people, are the ones that will be the ones in need of help – falling to the ground begging – when the time comes. If you gain nothing from this – just plain ol’ be prepared for a disaster and make a plan with your family. It can’t hurt. Don’t go out and build a bomb shelter, unless you want, but just have food, water, emergency items available to you in a short timeframe.

About ten years ago a gentleman I’ll call “Bob” sent me a fifty five page E-mail in reference to these chemicals being sprayed from our skies and withing it’s pages was the most horrific tale of a mans escape from the beast that has turned a scientific “Project” into a method of killing by overdosing our bodies with heavy metals like Barium, Barrillium, Aluminum, Titanium, and a host of other metals that would make it look as though you had simply “Overexposed” youself to metals which destroys your immune system at a gradually faster pace until it becomes so weak that you find yourself sick CONSTANTLY! Sound Familiar? It is ALL because of these chemtrails and if you don’t flush your body of these toxic heavy metals at least once a month, IT WILL KILL YOU!
Just use a good colon cleanse and it will help get these out of your system.

We have always had scum in government, the military and intelligence communities. The difference today is, their numbers have grown beyond belief. The groups I’ve mentioned can find people within the population who will do anything for a paycheck. Compartmentalization helps in keeping people on board, along with veiled/overt threats. The people who run these programs are particularly vicious scum who, as often as not, threaten the families of whistleblowers , not the whistleblower. This statement is not idle chatter, I know it for a fact. It further extends to those within/without the program who ask too many questions. Never look for relief from congress from such programs. They are bought and paid for traitorous scum themselves. Such is life in the former Republic. Do not interpret this post as “Resistance is Futile”. There WILL come a day when these sub-human filth get theirs.

Add in the 10+ year drought in the west, depleting the water in the Colorado River and the lower dam systems. 5 major cities in CA/NV/AZ use the lower Colorado River water for drinking and there is agriculture use the final 200 miles to the Mexican border. I think the spraying over the river area is some of the worst in the world. As far as Greece, they are probably using it to make your citizens docile, since you are the first domino to spoil their model for the control of all the world!

Wilhelm Reich invented cloud busters to create rain and they worked. I personally witnessed one at work in Michigan in 1974. My friend made one as part of his PhD thesis in physics. He was forced to report his activity to the feds while his cloud buster was put under lock and key at the university. Never heard from him again. What if enough people built some and began using them? I wonder what would happen.
Also, I spent the last year and 4 months researching and searching zeolite as a way to detox from radiation exposure after Fukishima occurred. A few months ago I did, in fact, find such a product. Although clinical studies were only done with animals and no humans after Chernobyl, the company does have third-party studies on mercury, aluminum and lead detoxification using their product. I have been using it for myself, children and patients.
As far as I found, no other company can provide independent clinical studies for their zeolite product. It’s all hearsay with them.
