And the right word is MANIPULATION, not MODIFICATION OF THE WEATHER!
Modify=make partial or minor changes to (something), typically so as to improve it or to make it less extreme
Manipulate=1 handle or control (a tool, mechanism, etc.), typically in a skillful manner 2 control or influence (a person or situation) cleverly, unfairly, or unscrupulously.

The manipulation of the weather activity and the ongoing earthquake activity around the mediteranian because of the huge build up energy is highly likely being instigated by the ROMANIAN HAARP SYSTEM. If you check on the weather patterns further up from Greece you will see there is always a blank hole of activity over Romania which is deflecting all the weather activity downwards towards Greece. You would of also be aware of the ogoing drought in Romania. The only other SUPER HAARP SYSTEM close by is in Cyprus.
