This NASA MODIS satellite image captured at 15:30 UTC (10:30 EDT) 10/25/2012

Weather modification aerosols appear most obviously over northern edge of H. Sandy , east of Georgia/S. Carolina.  Close scrutiny, however reveals aerosols covering the entire visible area of the storm.
