Corinne Spence, the Chairwoman for SCARE (the Santa Cruz Alert Response Emergency) bravely took the initiative to launch this proposed legislation to the Congress of the United States. For that we shall be forever grateful. Ms. Spence delivered to the Washington offices of Congressman Ron Paul and Senator Rand Paul our “draft” designed to prohibit the poisoning of the Earth’s atmosphere.
This proposed legislation, when passed, will make it a crime “punishable by death” or life imprisonment without possibility of parole for spraying our people in the United States with Toxic Aerosols. Within the first two weeks of this year, these Toxins have already killed millions of birds in the air above us and millions of fish in our poisoned water below.
Our proposed legislation is entitled, “The Planetary Population and Atmospheric Purity Act.” It has been given to Patriotic groups in Sweden, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall & Mexico as a guide to passing laws that will prohibit the poisoning of the Planet’s population through the atmospheric “Death Dumps”. Ms. Spence, with your help and ours, is determined to see that laws are passed to stop the continued spraying of Toxins upon us, our friends, and our families. We fear that if these Death Dumps were to continue unchecked, billions of innocent people on this Planet will die.
Contributors to “our cause” are needed now to help fund this campaign to again bring clean air to our atmosphere. Monies are now needed to cover the cost of printing posters and flyers to educate the ignorant. Our intention is to make millions of DVDs in multiple languages to incite an Awakening in every Nation on Earth. A Film can be seen by a Million, before a Book can be read by One. It is essential that we have funds to make new films and continue our research for the fight. The freedom, health and security of the Planet depends on it.
Your imput is needed. We will publish fresh articles, and show relevant film footage to document that the Death Dumps that are dropped upon us are toxic and intended to poison the People. Our intention is not to conduct trials that will bring these criminals to justice at the World Court, but to inspire every Nation on Earth to pass legislation that will prohibit the continued poisoning of our Planet and conduct their own Tribunals.

Rising numbers of individuals around the country are coming down with Respiratory Diseases, Fibromyalgia, Alzheimers, & Chronic Fatigue. They have already been victimized. The rate of Autism in children born from mothers who have inhaled these Toxins has skyrocketed to new levels. Corrine and Gary and all of your supporters, Thank you very much! This is very good to hear and I sincerely hope this is taken seriously by all of the legislators that have ignored or dismissed chemtrails thus far. I hope you will let us know as soon as there is a response.
Ron Paul certainly holds the position to alert the world- bonus points for the Presidency here Ron. I will do what I can to help and continue to open people’s eyes so they look up and see the toxic crap in the sky. The evidence is mounting and the mass animal deaths are making people look up. People need to wake up and that will easily happen if Ron Paul speaks up. It is his duty!
Genocide is a crime. Those responsible must be removed from their public positions and be punished for their crimes. They have abused their position of trust! There is new legislation being introduced, ‘Public Official Accountability Act’; a judge could double the sentence for a public official convicted of bribery, fraud, extortion, or theft of public funds, but this crime against our health and environment is far worse! There is a law to punish those responsible. I am posting the UN Resolution as a reminder to our legislators (these are just Articles 1-4).
Resolution 260 (III) A, ‘Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide’ adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 9, 1948:
Article 1
The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.
Article 2
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
* (a) Killing members of the group;
* (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
* (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
* (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
* (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Article 3
The following acts shall be punishable:
* (a) Genocide;
* (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
* (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
* (d) Attempt to commit genocide;
* (e) Complicity in genocide.
Article 4
Persons committing genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in Article 3 shall be punished, whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals.

There is a way to STOP them. It is with a Cloudbuster or an Earth Cloudbuster and putting out orgone creations. Mother Earth loves them along with all the animals that walk her. They can clear your skies, and they bring in the negative energy and transmute it to positive energy. Plant life love orgone, which is a life force energy, and will be healthy and grow. thank god something is finally being done…..here in fl is chemtrails all day long.. Ive printed out a chemtrain decal and put it on the bumper of my car and people often ask me what is all about……..spread the word.
I’ve noticed that this issue in particular defies any attempt to assign responsibility. For instance, it’s impossible to begin a public debate on the logic, or need for the application of aerosols in the atmosphere, when there is no respondent willing to assume the role of the party responsible for the program.
Since no government, group, organization, or individuals will admit to the conducting program(s), and there is no method by which concerned, or affected parties can seek redress, legal or otherwise, we find ourselves without any means at our disposal to fight this massive crime against humanity.
It would seem totally hopeless. Some might say that in this case, the people are indeed impotent, powerless to stop, or even discuss the chemtrail issue.
I don’t believe this to be the case. There are ways to force responsible parties to the table, so to speak. I’m sure that this massive program(s) is being conducted primarily by private contractors, working under contract to the government, with cooperation & partnership of N.G.O.’s and international entities, such as the U.N. and NATO.
Those individuals who work for these entities feel they are shielded by the corporate cover provided by whatever corporation they work for.
I believe there is a way to force the corporations to come to the table and open this issue up to public debate, and make the continuation of these programs requisite to prior public discussion, and consent.
We can identify some, if not all of the corporations involved in alot of the spraying programs. Through simple research and background checking, those that are involved in the programs compartamentalized sub-sections can be ascertained with a very high degree of accuracy. Rather than trying to stop the program from the top, using a top down approach starting in Washington D.C., use a bottom up approach, by bringing lawful action against the scientist, researchers, officers, etc of the corporations carrying out the spraying directly.
A corporation is made up of individuals. Rather than trying to deal with the corporation as a whole, or as a Person, try dealing with the real people that work there by bringing suits against them directly for their involvement in the diabolical plot.
It’s really the only way, because the corporations involved in this program have built up deep defenses against frontal assaults on their corporate castles….
There is no question that these spraying programs are the most important issue in America today. Before I can even think about the economy, wars overseas, the price of oil, I have to be secure with the air I breath. Right now, the air is so heavily polluted in S. California, that its the most pressing issue in this area…and many people don’t even know it’s happening (although every day more people are waking up).
There’s no way that nature can continue to hold up in the face of this onslaught. I believe we will reach some tipping point, where we suffer a catastrophic environmental failure, and it will be due mostly to the chemtrail spraying….they do more damage in California with a dozen medium sized jets, than what 25,000,000 automobiles could ever dream of doing.
What they do over the ocean’s is perhaps even more troubling. At least cars are limited to the land masses. These spray planes are at work over the oceans as well. If anyone wants to view it, you can go to Modis SSEC website and check the daily satellite photos…the evidence is overwhelming.

Seems the damage is already done; it may be too late now to matter. The Q is: can we really make them stop chem spraying by passing laws? It’s doubtful.

hardly anyone I talk to, believes we are being sprayed. Their opinion is:” those are clouds”. Young people don’t even know the difference anymore. It is up to us, the adult generation to call their attention to it and tell them, this is NOT the normal sky. It is so frustrating to point the chemtrails out to people ,just to get a weird look, or no reply at all. Have “They” brainwashed the populous.. so they can’t see anymore? Seriously.. I do wonder sometimes.

I would say, most People are in heavy denial or are avoiding the issue of chemtrails altogether.
I would advise you to continue to educate others who are receptive to what’s going on.
For those who are not (and that’s upwards of 70% (?) of the population) I would suggest taking a side route.
It’s a lot like the Ravioli TV commercial where the mom bangs on the pots and pans when the dad tries to say in front of the children that the can has a whole serving of vegetables. If People know, they won’t want it or want to hear about it.
What this means is, you have to support those who want transparency in government, and to End The Fed, a.k.a. no more black budgets, etc… and you have to do this without giving away your position and motivation.
Otherwise the other 70% will think you’re nutz and dismiss you. What good is that?
The Only way to stop chemtrails – by using the government – or in actuality, by getting the People to stop supporting the government, is in a “covert” way, and that is by stopping the M-O-N-E-Y supply to fund this activity. Any other route is like asking the mugger to stop mugging.
I would also suggest simply Opting Out, do a search on that term if you would.
It is possible your strategy will work, but it is highly unlikely. When you see it fail, you will know what the last best chance is.
