SE Kauai Experimental Radar?

PDF By Kauai Dan. Close to a couple years have gone by that I continue to see a rain-like radar formation off the southern point (SE) of Kauai. The ~10-30 mile radius X 70-120 degree wide signature can be seen on the NWS base radar site:

I have flown close to that area, it being near a normal approach to Lihue airport, dozens of times. There is rarely any rain, smoke, etc. of a magnitude that would cause this reflection, unless skies were full of clouds. The TV weather people state that it is “military chaff”. Where did they get that? It is an always an un-steady pulse originating from a seaside resort area. It dwarfs the volcanic plume from the Big Islands Kilauea volcano in intensity levels, but of course not size.

Yep….I notice that light green circular radar signature, ummm what is that? yes i have noticed that for many months me too, even in heavy weather, light weather, rainy and sunny, it’s ALWAYS_ there. hmmm. what could be they covering up the OCEAN, underneath it? or? a area that some secrecy is needed….who knows, big boy’s will play with there toy’s. however….NWO epic fail….they will LOSE! Jesus is coming with 10,000′s of angels, and a very bright light…..
Hey, since the National Weather Service runs the radar there, you might think about asking them what causes the return you are seeing….duhh.

Chaff usually drifts down wind at the wind speed of it’s altitude and spreads wider out from it’s release point. The description you supply and what I see currently does not sound like chaff.

I live near Calgary Alberta Canada, and all this summer, when I watch the weather on our Global Calgary snewz station, there is always a green huge circle around Calgary and areas around Calgary. This has been driving me crazy. The weather people say that it’s the radar picking up moisture. But that is a lie, because we haven’t been getting alot of rain since about June.
I have also noticed this huge radar circle now in other areas of the Canadian map when they show the radar pics around Canada. Saskatchewan, Manitoba now have them also. maybe even into BC. Haven’t been paying attention as much as I used to.
Could someone explain this to me. I don’t understand what this story means. Are they hiding something? We get this circle from the radar during sunny bright days. No clouds covering something up. And I have never seen a chemtrail, but have heard they have been spraying down by the border all summer.
I am tired of all the secrecy for our own protection which is lies to murder us all.
