This amazing video from New Zealand provides a snapshot of some of what was seen on January 27th, 2011, a day when numerous fibers were evident, as well as chemtrails, aka aerosols. Canadian journalist, William Thomas said during an interview with George Knapp of Coast to Coast AM on December 20th, 2009: “Bernard Eastlund, [the inventor of HAARP], wrote me an e-mail…and he said that to heat up the atmosphere with HAARP was very difficult, it would go right through the atmosphere unless you put some element in that airspace that it could heat and he suggested that polymers would work very well in allowing HAARP to be directed to heat certain sections of the atmosphere.
And in fact, we’ve been seeing…cobweb like material, polymer material all over the United States and other locations, in conjunction with airplanes flying overhead emitting something out of the back end of them. And Eastlund went further and said that heat generation works by adding magnetic iron oxide to the polymer…”

I have observed shocking levels of particulates in the air,using both the corona of the sun blocked by a stationary object,and a high candlepower spotlight or torch.High particulate levels are linked to numerous illnesses and premature death.Depending on the relative humidity,there can be more or less particulate and even vapor,as after a rainstorm.This is having a serious affect on people outdoors and many are still unaware of it,despite the proliferation of information on the subject
In the Waikato I have noted that every time there is bad weather, even a medium size shower, at night, that there is the sound of a high flying jet aircraft and flying North to South. Most often this is noted in the midnight to dawn period. This is noteable in that as I understand it major airrports are closed midnight to dawn as a rest/maintenance period, so where do these planes come from?. Does the Goverment actually know what is above us?
