75% of flights overhead are not on http://planefinder.net and was able to capture two in the act… Don’t live a an official MOA (Military Operation Area), although it appears the entire nation is a MOA with this “National Security” project.

I live by Stevens Point and there are always chem trails in the sky. I have seen 2 planes at the same time spraying also. I will start taking pictures. I noticed it during summer. Almost every day!
I have just started reading up on all this. It is quite scary to me right now.
Smell test: Planes in this subject matter have pilots, both commercial and military. What you need is verification by pilots that they participated in such activities and their planes configured to support the dispersion. Can’t seem to believe that an airline would do this without the paperwork from the govt and with maintenance crews on the ground as well.
Conspiracies are easy to fabricate and just as quick to unwind. In this case, the simple test of having to involve hundreds if not thousands of people across different organizations, public and private leads me to believe that such a large scale national or global plan exists.
